Emergency: Fire Location: Neon sign outside. Observation: No damage to food area, no loss of power only loss of gas. Action: Establishment clear to open once Laclede turns on gas. Education: Always call the Health Department in emergencies.

Webster University Blimpies, 175 Edgar Road
Inspection Date: May 13
Grade: A (98)
Cutting boards by sandwich prep area heavily scratched. Scratched cutting boards shall be resurfaced or discarded. Correct by May 23. Caulking heavily soiled and damaged behind 3 compartment sink. Equipment shall be properly sealed. Correct by 5-23-13. Light shield broken by 3 compartment sink. Proper protective shielding shall be over light bulbs. Correct by May 23.

Grade: A (100)
Ice machine clean to sight and touch. All food containers labeled properly. Refrigeration units cleaned and free of debris, as well as cart and gaskets. Microwave also free of debris. Walls cleaned from debris as well.
