Tornado Watch Issued for St. Louis County
The tornado watch runs through 10 p.m. Friday.
A Tornado watch has been issued through 10 p.m. Friday for St. Louis, St. Charles and Jefferson counties, as well as several other counties. A tornado warning expired at 3:15 p.m. Friday.
Periods of heavy rainfall are predicted Friday through Saturday night. Rainfall totals of three to five inches are expected locally and higher amounts are possible as a result of the remnants of Isaac, the National Weather Service says.
