Updates To Kirkwood Konnect Mobile App Coming Soon
The upgrade will feature a makeover of the main dashboard and increased access to online city resources.

Users of the Kirkwood Konnect mobile app will be receiving an update in the next week that includes a makeover of the main dashboard and increased access to online City resources. Kirkwood Konnect is a free mobile app for smartphones and tablets that residents can use to submit service requests for a variety of things such as; reporting a pothole, a dead animal in the roadway, a missed sanitation pickup, dead or hazardous trees and to report when a street or traffic light is out.

The new update will include a simpler and streamlined process for submitting service requests as well as the ability to view other service requests in your neighborhood on a map. Users will also have the ability to access the following items from the main dashboard; Sign ups for Kirkwood newsletters and CodeRED (Kirkwood’s Emergency Notification System), the Kirkwood Electric Outage Center, Kirkwood Sanitation’s Waste Wizard, and contact information for City Council members.
Kirkwood Residents can download the Kirkwood Konnect app from the Apple iTunes and Google Play stores for free. Residents without the app can submit a service request on our website at www.Kirkwoodmo.org/KirkwoodKonnect.
