Come Volunteer at the 69th Annual Greater St. Louis Book Fair
Help Support Literacy for All Ages--May 3-6
St. Louis, MO (April 3, 2018) – With the 69th annual Greater St. Louis Book set for May 3-6 at Greensfelder Recreation Complex in Queeny Park, volunteers are needed to serve in a variety of roles throughout the four-day event.
“Whether you can give a few hours or a few days, we need your help,” said Marilyn Brown, Director of the Greater St. Louis Book Fair. “We are once again anticipating large crowds, so this is an outstanding opportunity to share your love of books and reading by assisting our staff. Your help can make this fair our best ever.’’

community,” Brown said. “Volunteers will also be helping us keep thousands of books out of landfills by putting them into the hands of appreciative readers.”
Come join in the excitement and energy of hundreds of people shopping and working, surrounded by tens of thousands of quality used books available on every topic imaginable!

- Thursday, May 3 – 3:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.; 6:30 p.m. – 9:45 p.m.
- Friday, May 4 – 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.; 12:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.; 3:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.; 6:30 p.m.-8:45 p.m.
- Saturday, May 5 – 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.; 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.; 3:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.; 6:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.
- Sunday, May 6 – 10:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.; 2:15 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.
JOBS:
Include cashier assistants, baggers, greeters, information desk, re-stockers, cart wranglers and setup/cleanup.
