MICDS' Thompson Gives NCAA Hoops Pledge To Missouri State
The Rams standout had interest from several division I basketball programs.
News came over the weekend about the future college plans for a member of the MICDS Boys basketball squad.
Robin Thompson, who averaged 13.4 points, 6.6 rebounds per game for the Rams last season as a Junior, gave a verbal commitment to the Missouri State Bears coaching staff.
According to MICDS, Thompson had interest from Iowa State and Southern Illinois-Edwardsville, among other schools. He cannot sign a binding letter of intent until this fall, at the earliest.
