Arnold Man Flashed Handgun in Maplewood Road Rage Incident, Police Say

A man has been charged for flashing a handgun in traffic on Hanley Road in Maplewood.

Bryan M. Guentz, 39, of the 3500 block of Gary Road in Arnold, was charged Thursday in St. Louis County Circuit Court with unlawful use of a weapon.

Maplewood police said Guentz brandished a Smith and Wesson 9 mm semi-automatic pistol at another driver Wednesday while in traffic on Hanley Road.

Guentz posted a $5,000 bond and was released from jail Thursday.
