The Brentwood Public Library celebrated 75 years on Wednesday.
Brentwood restaurants Frank Papa's, Macaroni Grill, O B Clark's and Mainstreet BBQ and others supplied the goodies. Library Director Vicki Woods hosted, and said so many folks came that they ran out of cake.
A string quartet from the St Louis Symphony performed, and it was said that it was the first time they had played for a group in a library.Â
