A “natural and specialty grocer” plans to open a store in Rock Hill, according to a press release.
Boulder, Colorado-based, Lucky’s Market, has signed a lease with Novus Development, owners of Market at McKnight, on Manchester Road in Rock Hill.
Novus vice president of development Peter Sebelski declined to say specifically where the 26,000 square-foot store will be located. He did say a CVS Pharmacy is slated for the northwest corner of McKnight and Manchester roads, where demolition is taking place.

“We imagine our stores as an oasis of health, kindness and support, the kind of store we love to shop in ourselves,” Bo Sharon said in the release. “We look forward to bringing our community new tastes for their kitchens – and continuing to support the passionate Missouri farmers and vendors as well.”
“Just as we invite guests into our home, we invite our customers into our stores for a memorable experience,” Trish Sharon said.
