Saint Mary Magdalen enjoyed time with Fredbird and former Cardinals pitcher Kyle McClellan. The Cardinals organization is committed to spreading the message of teamwork and Fredbird and Kyle came by to educate and entertain us.
Our assembly included students from grades K-5 and helped the students answer the very important question, “What makes a good teammate?” The key message was: Be Active, Be Responsible, Be Yourself! Fun was had by all while learning a lifelong lesson that the students can carry with them now and into the future.
