At an indoor practice on Tuesday, Maplewood Richmond Heights track coach Cheryl Carmon said a usual number came out for track and field this year: 26 boys and 16 girls.
She said it's tough to say who will do what, especially before they get outside.

MRH will hold its early-season home invitational again this year.
Track fans will get to see the varsity Blue Devils in action on April 2 and the JV team on the fourth. Carmon said 14 teams are coming to the varsity meet and 11 to the JV.
