New Maplewood Bakery Owner Talks About His Soon-to-Open Shop

Steve Jawor and his wife, Alicia, have owned and operated (in the bakery at 4 a.m. every morning) a Great Harvest Bread Company in Olivette for 11 years. 

They're now moving their bakery to Maplewood to the space formally occupied by Pro Sound, at 7360 Manchester Road. Pro Sound is moving to the lower level.

The Jawors participated in the Maplewood Crawl on Saturday, with La Cosecha Coffee, which will roast and serve coffee from the same space. They were hosted by Tigerlily Gifts and Monograms for the event.
