The space at 7412 Manchester Road, David Schlafly's latest Maplewood project, is almost ready for its major tenant to move in.

St. Louis Lighting will use approximately 8,000 of the 10,000 square feet of the space. The firm will represent manufacturers that sell high-end lighting to architects and designers.
