"When I lived in New Mexico, I had easy access to green chile chicken enchiladas, so I never bothered to master the dish. Since moving back to Missouri, I crave them and recently found an excellent version at Southwest Diner," wrote the reader, Sam Pratt.
The Post-Dispatch continued to highlight the diner and its dish in an article, which is available on the newspaper's website.
