Coldwell Banker Gundaker Mehlville Branch Manager Named 2016 REALTOR of the Year by St. Louis REALTORS

ST. LOUIS (November 28, 2016)—Coldwell Banker Gundaker Branch Manager Sue Middendorf was named 2016 REALTOR of the Year by St. Louis REALTORS. This award recognizes principal brokers who have displayed exemplary business practices and outstanding service to St. Louis REALTORS and their community.

Licensed since 1983, Middendorf served on the St. Louis REALTORS board of directors from 2008-2013 and is the current chair of the REALTORS Housing Assistance Fund. She also served on Missouri REALTORS board of directors from 2006-2016. In 2014, Middendorf received the Ellen O’Brien Award from St. Louis REALTORS for outstanding real estate industry-related contributions to the community and civic organizations.

Middendorf volunteers with a wide variety of area charities including the St. Louis Variety Children’s Charity and St. Louis County Police Family Association. She is a long-time supporter both personally and professionally of Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, Realtors Housing Assistance Fund and feeding and providing clothing to the homeless in the St. Louis area.

Born and raised in the St. Louis area, Middendorf has been a licensed Realtor for over 30 years joining Coldwell Banker Gundaker in 1983 as a sales associate. She was named manager of the Mehlville/South County office in 2003. Middendorf is married and has two sons.
