Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Mehlville and Jefferson County Offices Raise $3,500 at Trivia Night for Ronald McDonald House

St. Louis, MO (October 13, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s Mehlville/South County and Jefferson County offices hosted their 5th Annual Trivia Night and silent auction to benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis, on Friday, October 7.

Held at the St. Francis Knights of Columbus Council 5359 on Telegraph Road in St. Louis, more than 100 people attended to play trivia and bid on many auction items.

“We were happy to host yet another fun Trivia Night to benefit a wonderful cause,” said Sue Middendorf, manager of the Mehlville/South County office. “Our turnout was great, and we love being able to connect with our local communities while also supporting Ronald McDonald House.”

Auction items included restaurant gift certificates, a handmade quilt and hand-painted vase by Art from the Heart, donations from Legacy Republic, local Coldwell Banker Gundaker agents, On Target Shooting Range and other local companies. Anheuser-Busch contributed the beverages for the evening.

"Ronald McDonald House has touched so many people’s lives in a positive way,” says Kellie Leach Meyer, manager of the Jefferson County office. “It's wonderful that we can contribute to their goal of keeping the families together to help the kids heal and cope. A big shout out goes to our agents and community for pulling together to make our trivia night such a big success."

For 30 years, Coldwell Banker Gundaker and its local offices have been hosting charity events to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities. To date, the company has raised more than $2 million for this important cause. Each Ronald McDonald House location serves as a home-away-from-home for families with a seriously-ill child being treated at local hospitals, and provides support to organizations that serve the needs of children.
