Emergency Officials: Stay Off the Rivers Until Water Levels Recede
Three people had to be rescued from the Meramec near Arnold Sunday after their canoe capsized, according to KSDK-TV.
Emergency officials with the Rock Community Fire Protection District are warning people to stay off the rivers until the waters recede.
