Man Choked, Beat Wife Outside Their Oakville Home, Police Say
St. Louis County Police said a neighbor witnessed the assault and called 911.
A neighbor called police after seeing a man choke and beat his girlfriend Sunday in Oakville.
Marlon Douglas Bailey, 41, of the 4500 block of Crestline Drive in Oakville, was charged Sunday with second-degree domestic assault.
St. Louis County Police said Bailey choked and assaulted his girlfriend outside their residence in the 4500 block of Crestline Drive. A neighbor witnessed the assault and called 911.

Bailey is being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center. Bail was set at $50,000, cash only.
