ST. LOUIS, MO — Mehlville High School is on "soft lockdown" after administrators said they received a report that someone on campus may have a gun Friday morning, Fox 2 reports.

"A soft lockdown means that students are remaining in their classrooms and instruction is continuing," administrators said in an email to parents. "All movement outside of classrooms is being monitored by staff. Students will remain in their current classroom until we receive an all clear from police."
