Police Investigating Vandalism in South County Subdivision

The side of a home in the 5800 block of Suncrest Way was spraypainted with graffiti as were the monuments and a sign at the beginning of the subdivision.

St. Louis County police are investigating a vandalism incident that occurred in a subdivision in the 5800 block of Suncrest Way in South County.

The side of a home and two monuments and a sign at the beginning of the subdivision were spraypainted with graffiti on Sunday, April 14, said Off. Dan Schroeder, of the department's South County Precinct.

Schroeder said police don't believe the home was the target of the vandals. He said, "It was the first house in the subdivision, and that's probably why it was hit."
