When was the business founded?: "March, 2010."
How did your business come to be?: "Upon retirement from the St. Louis County Police Department I wanted to remain active in that area of my profession: severe weather observation (spotter) and safety training. So I formed The Traveling Weather Show LLC to continue providing this vital training. I taught these classes for St. Louis County and other agencies since 1970, teaching over 15,000 individuals in 450 classes. This is practical information from which all can benefit."

Why did you choose the area you did?: "Classes have been held in the Wildwood area but they are offered and held countywide and in adjoining areas of Missouri and Illinois. These are great areas for these classes with paticipants that are very interest in the subject matter. (I also monitor several other area Patches.)
What kind of services do you offer?: "Severe weather observation and safety classes, often known as 'weather spotter' classes. Also provided are earthquake safety classes, building safety surveys, review of emergency plans, and more. These are offered to the general public as well as public and private organizations, schools, public safety, etc. Currently scheduled public classes appear on the Internet site."

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?: "The information provided can save your life! I show a short video tape to substantiate that fact."
What do you want your business to be best known for?: "Saving lives and protecting the public from the inevitable severe weather events."
What's your most popular product or service?: "The observation and safety classes are the most popular service."
