Academy Sports + Outdoors Sets Grand Opening for November 18 – 20 at Lincoln Crossing
First-in-state Location Will Host a Community Celebration to Include Mystery Gift Card Giveaways, Children's Activities, Food and More
Lincoln Crossing, O'Fallon’s one-stop shopping destination for home improvement, decor and family goods and services, will welcome the first-in-state location for Academy Sports + Outdoors, just in time for holiday shopping. Grand opening festivities are set for November 18 – 20 and will include a community celebration featuring mystery gift card giveaways, children’s activities, food and more. The new 63,000 square-foot store will be located adjacent to PetSmart.
“We are excited to welcome Illinois’ first-in-state location for Academy Sports + Outdoors to our popular retail mix,” said Steve Nikel, vice president of development for Washington Prime Group. “This new retailer will add another dimension to Lincoln Crossing reinforcing it as an all-in-one shopping destination.”
