Coldwell Banker Gundaker is pleased to announce that Beverly James has affiliated with the company’s K&N/O’Fallon office.
James is a real estate veteran with over 16 years of professional experience. She has been a licensed Realtor in Texas and Virginia until her recent move to St. Charles, Missouri. Her expertise is working with clients who are looking to buy or sell single family properties, vacation homes, farms/ranches, lakeside properties and land in the St. Louis and St. Charles communities.

Additionally, she holds the Internet Professional Certification (ePRO). While licensed in Texas, James was on the board of directors for the Texas Association of REALTORS in 2002 and was President in 2008.
