Christoff to go bat for the Blue Jays!
FZN Senior Jenna Christoff signs to play softball for Westminster.
FZN Senior Jenna Christoff recently signed with Westminster College to play softball for the Blue Jays. Christoff was a three-year starter for the Panther softball team. She played both infield and outfield during her time at North, playing as the team’s primary shortstop this past season. A consistent batter, Christoff sported an impressive .396 average this past season, after batting .367 as a junior. Following the season, Christhoff was placed the “All-Conference” 2nd team. She also achieved “All-Academic” honors in each of the past two seasons. In addition to playing at North High, Christoff has extensive club softball experience, playing for the both the “Tribe” and “Pride” clubs. Last summer, she batted .375 while playing for the “Tribe.”
Westminster is a NCAA Division 3-member school which competes in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. In 2019, the Blue Jays finished 13 – 5 in conference play. Most of the Blue Jays 2020 season was lost due to the Covid pandemic. At Westminster, Christoff will join former Panther Austin Mayton (FZN Class of 2020), who plays baseball at Westminster, on the Blue Jay athletic roster. At Westminster, Christoff plans on majoring in Psychology. Christoff is the daughter of Daniel and Brenda Christoff.
