ACTIVITY PROTOCOLS

For the 2020 Fall Season

EVENT ADMITTANCE & SEATING

• Stadium admittance will be limited to 25% capacity.
• All spectator seating will be marked for social distancing.
• Spectators will be asked to sit away from non-family members.
• Face coverings when entering the stadium and social distancing will be required at all events.
• Football, Band, Cheer and Dance participants will be issued vouchers which will allow their parents to purchase a tickets for home varsity football games. $5.00 Adults $2.00 Students
• Freshmen Volleyball will be limited to 2 parents due to limited space.
• Face coverings and social distancing required at all events.
• All spectator seating will be marked for social distancing.
• Softball and Tennis spectators will need to bring their own chair and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
• Golf spectators will be determined by the St. Peters Golf Course
• Swimming spectators will be determined by the St. Peters Rec-Plex

CONCESSIONS

• Face coverings and gloves worn by all workers
• All items will be wrapped

Spectators Guidelines/Restrictions for Fort Zumwalt North

Home Events Fall 2020

Due to COVID-19 the Fort Zumwalt School District has released updated guidelines for fans attending Zumwalt North events that help promote the safety of all students, staff, parents, and fans. For the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year, all Fort Zumwalt North venues will have a reduced seating capacity to help ensure social distancing. Zumwalt North venues will be marked for socially distanced seating and all fans in attendance will be asked to socially distance from non-family members. Seating will be marked so families can sit together while socially distancing from others. In addition to social distancing, at all Fort Zumwalt North events, face coverings will be required. These guidelines will be in place at all Fort Zumwalt North events and will be similar to what other school districts will be requiring when we travel to their venue.

The Activities Department and our coaches will communicate any special guidelines that may be in place when we travel to other schools. Below you will find the guidelines in place by venue:

Stadium

• Face masks required when entering the stadium. Varsity football games will require a voucher in order to purchase a ticket.
• Bleachers marked for social distancing - X marks where you cannot sit
• Social Distancing required when standing - X marks where you cannot stand to watch

Large Gym

• Face masks required
• Bleachers marked for social distancing - X marks where you cannot sit
• No seating for fans behind scorer’s table
• No seating for fans behind team benches
• Social Distancing required when standing - X’s marks where you cannot stand

Small Gym

• Face masks required
• Bleachers marked for social distancing - X marks where you cannot sit
• Chairs placed along the perimeter of the gym on X’s to allow for more seating

Softball Field

• Face masks required when entering the area.
• Fans will need to bring their own chair and adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Grass Soccer Field

• Face masks required when entering the bleachers.
• Bleachers marked for social distance - X marks where you cannot sit
• Fans are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and socially distance

Tennis Courts

• Face masks required when entering the area.
• Fans are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and socially distance.
