Plans Approved to Construct Kiddie Academy Daycare in WingHaven

A new daycare is heading to O'Fallon. 

The O'Fallon City Council approved a conditional use permit (CUP) for Concord Properties, LLC on Thursday for two vacant lots in Lakeside Shoppes, located at 3002 Winghaven Blvd., to develop a childcare center called Kiddie Academy. 

A public comment regarding the conditional use permit was held during the Thursday, Jan. 3. O'Fallon Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. No residents came forward to speak for or against the item. 

 According to the planning and zoning commission report, Kiddie Academy would accomodate 150 students and 12 employees.
