O'Fallon Municipal Court Report for July

The O'Fallon Municipal Court has submitted its July report for the Aug. 22 City Council meeting.

Of the cases disposed by guilty pleas, 11 were traffic-related, 212 were non-traffic and 620 were other offenses. 

Other items in the report stated that:

• 13 cases were dismissed, 92 were not prosecuted.
• One bench trail was held, and the subject was found guilty.
• 254 warrants were issued. 
• 61 parking tickets were issued.
• 9,027 cases were still pending at the end of the month.
