After hosting their own invitational meet (The Twilight Classic) on Labor Day weekend, the FZN cross country teams competed in the Forest Park Festival held last Saturday at McNair Park in St. Charles. The event was originally scheduled to take place at Forest Park in St. Louis City, but due to Covid restrictions the meet was moved to St. Charles. Several Panthers earned medals at the race including Belle Hill and Taylor Mason, who both finished 2nd in their respective varsity races. Hill also earned a medal at the FZN Twilight Invitational and was a sectional qualifier a season ago. Hill and Mason were the only Panther runners to earn varsity medals, but the Panthers had several others earn medals in the subsequent 9/10 and JV races. The 9/10 girls team captured the team title as the event.

Those earning medals included:

Belle Hill - 2nd (Varsity)
