Proposals for Justice Center, Civic Park, O'Day Park Total $53.4 Million- Proposals from the design firms for a new O'Fallon Justice Center, improvements to Civic Park and the development of O'Day Park total more than $53 million, city leaders learned at a work session Thursday night.
- An O’Fallon man is accused of slamming his girlfriend’s head into furniture and jumping on her car when she tried to get away from him. Ryan Timothy Reeves, 26, of the 200 block of Casalon Drive in O’Fallon, was charged June 18 with third-degree domestic assault and second-degree property damage.
- O'Fallon native Jincy Dunne is one step closer to the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. Dunne, 16, found out earlier this week she made the cut for the U.S. Women's National Team. Dunne, who just turned 16 in May, was by far the youngest player to make the 41-woman roster for the original tryouts. When it came time to trim down the roster to 25, Dunne made the cut.Â
- Kuk Sool Won Martial Arts Studio opened at a new, larger location in O'Fallon on Monday. As O'Fallon Patch previously reported, the studio moved to the former Blockbuster at 929 North Main St., O'Fallon to meet the parking demand. At the former location at 998 North Main St., there was overflow of parking into the Walgreens lot during evening classes.Â
