Are you a licensed architect or design professional? Come be a part of PCDC!

The City of Olivette is looking for a volunteer resident with extensive experience in the field of architecture, preferably a registered architect, to serve as a member of the City’s Planning and Community Design Commission and Board of Building Appeals.

Given the dual role, this individual must have extensive experience in the field of architecture.

The Commission performs all duties of a Zoning or Planning Commission prescribed under Missouri law and such duties as are prescribed under the City Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, Community Design Regulations, and the Municipal Code.  The Board hears and decides appeals to the City’s building code regulations.
