Olivette Dog Park: 5 Things to Know

Have you ever taken your pet to the Olivette dog park? It's open all year long, so if you need a place for your best friend to run, here is some info.

  1. The Olivette Parks & Recreation Commission and the City of Olivette created a dog park in Irv Zeid Citizens Park at Old Bonhomme Road. That's near the intersection of Price and Old Bonhomme roads.
  2. The park is open 12 months a year. The park hours are dawn to dusk.
  3. The park is available to any Olivette resident or non-resident who pays the fee, follows the posted rules and has proof of a current dog license.
  4. The 2013 membership fee is $20 for a resident, plus $5 for each additional dog. The fee is $40 for a non-resident, plus $20 for each additional dog. The membership fee is used for park maintenance.
  5. Applications should be turned in to the Olivette Parks Department at 9723 Grandview Drive or City Hall at 9473 Olive Boulevard.
