I believe that obstacles are the flip side of opportunities. Often, we do not see obstacles until we stop focusing on our goal(s). For example, focusing on starting a private practice was exciting and challenging. It was only during times when my focus weakened that obstacles loomed.
We always have the opportunity to choose how we view our circumstances. Viktor Frankl was a Jewish man, who lived in concentration camps during the Holocaust. As Viktor Frankl stated in his book, Man's Search for Meaning, "everything can be taken from a man but one thing: The last of his freedoms-to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way."
If you would like to turn your obstacles into opportunities I would love to hear from you.
