Massive TV Tower Collapses In Western Missouri; One Dead

SPRINGFIELD, MO — An 1,891-foot radio and television tower collapsed in Webster County this morning, leaving one person dead and several more injured, the Springfield News-Leader reports.
Several workers were on the tower when it collapsed, fire officials said.
The tower, located off Highway 905 in Rogersville, Missouri, was used by KSMU, a local NPR affiliate, and Ozarks Public Television.
