After launching in Springfield in August 2020, Paddio, a full-service mortgage lender specializing in conventional and FHA home loans, has announced the addition of 100 new jobs in the region. By the end of this year, the company will grow its operation at 1930 W. Bennett to 200 employees.

Mortgage Research Center, LLC, serves as the parent company to Paddio and to Veterans United Home Loans, based in Columbia, which was recently listed on Forbes Best Places to Work list for the sixth year in a row. MRC founded Paddio to bring non-veteran homebuyers the high-quality customer experience served through Veterans United.

In early 2020 and into the pandemic, Chamber economic development staff worked alongside company leadership to evaluate the local labor market and help facilitate the creation of quality jobs for our region.
