Springfield Gets a Little Sweeter with New Nothing Bundt Cakes

Adrienne and Jordan Harvey still remember the Nothing Bundt Cake that was at the center of their daughter’s birthday when she was just four. Now, six years later, the couple is excited to open a Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery in their new hometown of Springfield. “We were looking for a place to raise our three kids and we found that Springfield was the perfect ‘big little city’ for us,” recalls Jordan Harvey. “We have found a fantastic school district and warm welcoming community that already feels like home. We look forward to getting involved and can’t wait to share the joy that these cakes bring to every moment, big or small.” The bakery will celebrate their grand opening the second week of November, including a day to benefit Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Ozarks (see details below).

Nothing Bundt Cakes is located in Brentwood South at 2906 S. Glenstone Avenue and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The concept combines the warmth of nostalgia with a fresh, modern approach.
