UScellular Names Toliver as AVP/GM for its Southwest Region

He will lead both sales and operations for corporate owned and agent retail locations in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.

UScellular announces it has named Travis Toliver as Area Vice President/General Manager (AVP/GM) for its Southwest Region. This is a new role for the company to lead both sales and operations for corporate owned and agent retail locations in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.

Toliver has 17 years of wireless sales leadership experience and comes to UScellular from Comcast, where he held several leadership roles, most recently serving as director of retail sales for the Houston, Texas region. He previously held leadership roles at Verizon Wireless as a district manager and senior manager for corporate and agent channels. Additionally, at Verizon Wireless he held other positions responsible for business development, vendor management, strategic planning, device marketing, prepaid operations and national distribution.Toliver has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and sales from Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado. He resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and daughter, and they will be relocating to Oklahoma City.
