Melissa Burton joins agency as new customer service representative, agent

Wiley Insurance Agency recently hired Melissa Burton as its new customers service representative/agent. In this position, she will specialize in writing policies and entering information into the agency’s management system for new and existing clientele. She earned her Missouri Property and Casualty license and will also sell property and casualty insurance for the company. Prior to joining Wiley Insurance Agency, Burton worked as a store manager at a cellular telephone company. She has more than 17 years of retail industry experience.

The company is owned by lifelong West Plains’ resident Traci Wiley, who has 25 years of insurance industry experience in the community. The office is located at 3737 N. Hwy. 63 in West Plains, Mo.
