Come get creative for a great cause! Operation Christmas Child volunteers from the St. Charles MO Area Team are hosting a “Make and Take” craft workshop to create items for OCC shoeboxes.

Saturday, June 8
9:30- 11:30 a.m.
New Creation Church
5 West Pearce, Wentzville (across street from YoSalsa!)

You'll learn how to make several things to take home for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes and to teach these crafts to others. Craft materials will be provided. Enjoy refreshments and hang out with people who are passionate for the Gospel and children in need around the world. Bring friends!

Through Operation Christmas Child, children, families and groups fill shoeboxes with fun toys, school supplies, and hygiene items—creating gifts that can make a life-changing difference in the hearts of children around the world.
Drop off locations at area churches will be open to collect the shoeboxes during the project’s National Collection Week, Nov. 18 - 25, 2019.

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international Christian relief and evangelism organization headed by Franklin Graham. The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world and, together with the local church worldwide, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. For many of these children, the gift-filled shoebox is the first gift they have ever received.
