Lindenwood University Pole Vaulter Made Secret Sex Videos: Police
Xavier Boland, who is from Jamaica, has been ordered to surrender his passport and cannot leave the state without a court's permission.

ST. CHARLES, MO — The Post-Dispatch reports Xavier Boland, a 24-year-old Lindenwood University pole vaulter, has been charged with three counts of felony invasion of privacy after police say he secretly recorded a woman having sex with his roommate then used that video in an attempt to coerce her into sex with him. Authorities say video of one other woman was also found on Boland's phone.
Boland is held on a $15,000 cash-only bond and the court has ordered him to have no contact with his victims. In addition, Boland, who is from Jamaica, must surrender his passport and is forbidden to leave the state without the court's permission.
No attorney is listed for Boland and he could not be reached for comment.
