- A diabetes transmitter and power tools, valued at $900, were taken from an unlocked car in the 2900 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway.
- Motor vehicle parts were stolen. AÂ suspect was identified and interviewed, but victim does not want to prosecute if the parts are returned.
- Stealing from taxi driver in the first block of Ameristar Boulevard.
- An iPhone 4 was stolen.

Driving While Intoxicated
- A traffic stop led to an arrest for a DWI.
- Vehicle observed failing to maintain a single lane on First Capitol and Sherman. Investigation revealed driver was intoxicated.
