Police Blotter: Subject Caught Urinating at City Hall Garage

Stealing

• Cash, $25, was stolen from an unlocked vehicle overnight at Santa Fe Street. 
• Victim reported wallet stolen from hotel room while entertaining guests. 
• A wallet with a police badge was stolen near the 1600 block of Deergrass.
• A person left without paying for fuel in the 3700 block of Elm St.

• Phone harassment from one brother in St. Louis to another brother in St. Charles.

• Subject in hospital for a psych evaluation spit in victim's face.

• Subject observed urinating on the top level of the city hall parking garage.
