St. Charles Approves Subdivided Plat for County Communications Tower
The tower site is at the back of the property and an access road will be provided from South Drive.

The St. Charles County Council held a special meeting last week after their work session in order to approve the subdivision of a plat where a new St. Charles County communications tower will eventually be built.
The property, located at 1560 Veterans Memorial Parkway will be subdivided into a .28-acre lot and a 2.68-acre lot.Â
The smaller lot is under a purchase contract with St. Charles County, and will be the site of an emergency communications tower. An access road is planned from South Drive.
The larger lot is currently vacant and there are no plans at this time for its development.
