Police say the man was in his 20s, of average height and build, wearing a blue coat and black stocking cap.

ST. LOUIS, MO — While many St. Louisans celebrated a snow day yesterday, others just struggled to get to work safely. And the last thing one woman needed, as she cleared snow from her car in south St. Louis. was to be robbed at gunpoint. But that's just what happened, the Post-Dispatch reports.
Police say the woman was approached by a man around 6:15 a.m. in the 3600 block of Fillmore Street, a few blocks northeast of Carondelet Park. The man pointed a gun and demanded her purse and cellphone, the woman said, before fleeing.
