Saint Louis Metro Details Proposed Changes, Asks For Feedback
What do you think of the changes coming to Metro and MetroBus? Let us — and them — know.

ST. LOUIS, MO — Using customer feedback and data collected through a recent study, the Metropolitan St. Louis Transit Agency says it is developing a new plan to serve the St. Louis region. The plan is "designed around people, and all of its operations, schedules, routes and services were developed to meet our riders' needs," the agency said in news release.
The proposed plan includes more frequent MetroBus service, with buses coming more often during the day; a simpler network with faster, more direct routes; a new text messaging service that will allow customers to contact Metro Public Safety or Metro Transit Information directly and receive rider alerts; a new mobile ticketing option; and new community mobility options such as shuttles and on-demand services.
