The Weekend: Tryouts for Professional Indoor Soccer Team Held Saturday, See A Play

As we draw closer to the weekend, you may be looking for something to do with your friends or family in St. Peters. Don't worry - we're here to help. 

• Open tryouts for the St. Louis Ambush, a professional indoor soccer team that will play at the Family Arena, will be held Aug. 3 and 4 at Vetta Sports at 1425 St. Peters Cottleville Road in St. Peters. Registration will start at 11 a.m. and tryouts will run 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tryouts are open to male soccer players ages 18 and older. The team will be coached by Daryl Doran. More info here.
• Act II Community Theater will present "Boeing, Boeing," Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $14 for students and $18 for adults.
