Updated: Crestwood Business Owner In Custody for Stalking Ex-Girlfriend
Spear Construction's Brian Spear, of Sunset Hills, remains on probation for putting a camera in the women's bathroom at his business.
Brian Spear, president of Spear Construction in Crestwood, was taken into custody on charges that he stalked his ex-girlfriend in St. Charles County, St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Spear sent the woman offensive e-mails that included photos of him having sex with other women, according to the report.
In May 2012 Spear, was previously charged with attempted invasion of privacy after mounting a camera under the sink in the women's bathroom. Spear pled guilty to the charge and is on probation, according to Post-Dispatch.
