Gregory for Missouri Opens Political Campaign Headquarters in South St. Louis County
David Gregory, a conservative Republican, is running for the seat held by Representative Mike Leara (R), who will term-out in 2016.

January 12, 2016, St. Louis, Missouri…David Gregory, an attorney and lifelong resident of south St. Louis County who is running for Missouri state representative in District 96 as a conservative Republican, has opened his 2016 campaign headquarters at 9962 Lin Ferry Drive, Suite 203. St. Louis, Missouri, 63123.
Gregory is running for the seat held by Representative Mike Leara (R), who will term-out in 2016. “As a lifelong resident of south St. Louis County, I am a business owner and attorney who grew up understanding the values of South County residents and families,” Gregory said.
“My vision for our community is rooted in respecting the values and commitments of South County residents to help keep our community strong and protect our good quality of life.”

“My commitment is to protect family values, support free enterprise, reduce the size of government and reduce taxes,” Gregory said. “Increased taxes and bigger government are not the solution to community problems. We need to lower taxes and decrease government intervention. We need to protect seniors from losing their homes as property taxes rise.”
Gregory earned a degree in accounting, a Masters of Business Administration, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Saint Louis University. Gregory is attracting strong support for his energetic ideas and attacks on legislators who are more loyal to special interest groups and big-dollar contributors than to voters.

Gregory has been profiled in St. Louis Lawyer Magazine and in other publications for his legal expertise, community volunteerism and his work as assistant coach of the St. Louis Amateur Blues AAA youth hockey team. In addition, he coaches a team for The St. Louis Challengers, a baseball league for kids and adults with developmental disabilities.
Gregory is currently Vice President of the Tesson Ferry Township Republican Club and member of the club’s Executive Board.
Michael Scott, a St. Louis native who has worked with the Republican National Committee in Washington, D.C., and served many Republican causes, is Gregory’s campaign manager.
