Halloween 2012: When is Trick-or-Treating in Crestwood and Sunset Hills?

Halloween falls on a weekday in 2012. Local police recommend that parents have their kids back home by curfew.

Halloween falls on a Wednesday this year! 

The cities of Crestwood and Sunset Hills do not have set trick-or-treating hours. Most young children will begin trick-or-treating just before sunset while older kids will likely stay out a little longer in the evening.

Sunset for Halloween is expected at 6:02 p.m., according to The Weather Channel. The channel's forecast is a high of 61 degrees and a low of 45 degrees, with no rain expected at this time.

Sunset Hills Police said they recommend that parents return home with younger children by 9 p.m.
