JULY 7, 2015, St. Louis, Missouri…Kathryn Lawson, a respected CPA and financial manager in St. Louis for 25 years, has changed the name of her accounting firm in south St. Louis County to Kathryn E. Ayres, CPA. The firm was previously known as Lawson & Associates, LLC.

“I began using the last name Ayers professionally as required by law when I recently got married,” says Kathryn.

“We continue to provide our high level of professional accounting and tax services for corporations, businesses, executives, individuals and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, we now offer a full line of business planning services.”

Before opening her firm, Kathryn Lawson served as a Financial Lead in Corporate Services and also as a Financial Analyst at Monsanto Company. In addition, she was a financial manager at Bunge Corporation and at Southwestern Bell Corporation. Kathryn began her career as a senior accountant at Deloitte. She earned a B.S.B.A. at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Kathryn is also an adjunct instructor at Sanford Brown College who teaches Financial Management, Taxation, Small Business Management and Marketing courses.
