Video Proof Why Lindbergh Dancers Place Top Five in the Nation
Wow! Weekend competition in Disney World showcases winning kick and pom routines by local teens.

Lindbergh High School's Flyerettes dance teams, both varsity and junior varsity, placed in the top five over the weekend in the National Dance Team Championship, in Orlando, FL.
Natalie Shoults is a varsity team coach.

The win marks the first time the Lindbergh team, all young women, has reached the top five. The varsity team placed 4th in a kick routine and 5th in pom routine.
The junior varsity team placed 5th with its pom routine.

Last year, the team rose as high as 9th place in kick and 10th in pom routines.

Coach Shoults was a Lindbergh Poms member until 2004 and now teaches business at Lindbergh High School.
The competition was produced by the Universal Dance Association. Teams were required to score a place in a summer event, in order to compete over the recent weekend at the Walt Disney World Resort.
