Sunset Hills Resident Discovers Fraud Too Late to Charge

Fraud

• June 17: A resident on Mentz Hill Acres reported that he discovered a fraud from 2005 in his records. Because of a statute of limitations, the resident could not file charges, according to police.

Domestic assault

• June 8: An individual was charged with domestic assault in the third degree at Days Inn, 3654 S. Lindbergh Blvd., around 8:28 p.m.
• June 12: A domestic assault, property damage and peace disturbance were reported on the 200 block of Floralea around 11:13 a.m.

Theft

• June 13: Flea and tick medication was reported stolen at PetsMart, 10900 Sunset Hills Plz., around 7:13 a.m.

Driving while intoxicated

• June 8: Interstate 270 at Interstate 44, 11:57 p.m.

Fugitive arrests

• June 12: East Commuter Lot, 11:35 p.m.
• June 13: 100 block of Monica, 12:10 p.m.

Peace disturbance

• June 12: Mile 277, 10709 Watson Rd., 8:34 p.m.
